1. What this Policy covers
This Policy explains how arapova.org (the "Site"), operated by [ARAPOVA Counsel S.R.L.], registered office at Strada Vaselor 60, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania, Trade Registry no. [J2025057023000], fiscal code [CUI 52247888], uses cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to function correctly, remember your choices between visits, and — where you consent — measure how the site is used.
